ThEndorSemenT was born out of coop Uma Boa Questão, an initiative rooted in collective action, social innovation, and shared responsibility. As the digital arm of the coop, it extends these values into the broader Web3 ecosystem
Where are we heading to?
A true Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) is more than just a democratic structure; it is a dynamic network of individuals, each bringing different perspectives, skills, and resources, creating a broader pool of creativity and innovation
We are currently conducting R&D on the Endosso Fund, an internal DAO-governed treasury that supports initiatives within Thendor ecosystem through community governance and resource allocation, funding essential infrastructure and enabling project incubation for members
